In this section, lets try to understand what tools and accounts you need to get started with Freshworks App development using Freddy AI Copilot for Developers.
To kick things off, you would first need
- An active Freshworks Developer Account
- An active Freshworks Product Account such as Freshdesk, Freshservice or other
- Node v18.13.0 or higher
- FDK 9.0.0 or higher
- An active API Key for Freddy AI Copilot for Developers as part of beta program.
